South African Green Bean Salad

2 lbs. fresh green beans, trimmed
1/2 cup oil
4 Tbs fresh lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 cup onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup stuffed green olives, sliced

Steam green beans until tender.

In a large bowl whisk together oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Add onion, olives, hot green beans and toss to coat.

Serve immediately
