Fajitas

Marinade:
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons olive oil

Enough for about 2 lbs. of steak... or chicken (against my husbands wishes)

Whisk together and pour over steak, marinade for at least 1 hour or overnight.

grill or broil as desired. slice against the grain

Sauté onion,assorted sweet peppers.
